*This instrument is part of Lowell Greer’s Collection and not located at Hampson Horns. Please allow ample time for instrument to be shipped.*
Late 19th century natural horn, converted from a valve horn by Lowell Greer, with red bell painting and “poison ivy” decoration. Horn made by Wurlitzer. No crooks, but builders such as Richard Seraphinoff and Miles O’Malley could build a crook set for this horn. Plays surprisingly well!
