Late 19th Century Viennese 4v C Rotary Flugelhorn

Available

$600.00

A rare late 19th century Viennese 4v C rotary Flugelhorn made by Bauer. In great shape overall but will require a restoration to be playable.

Tubing was added to the leadpipe at some point turning this into a Bb flugelhorn, but it was done poorly. An experience repair tech can remove the tubing and bring this instrument back to its original design.

This is a rare example of a 4 valve Viennese flugel and will be a great instrument once restored.
