Geyer Single Bb – 1920’s!

New Item!

$3,000.00

Wow!

A rare 4 valve Single Bb made by master builder Carl Geyer in the 1920’s. Comes with an F extension made by Ken Pope.

For being 100 years old this horn plays great. The inside of the flare has been silver plated to help protect the thinner metal, does have a patch. There is leaking in the valve section – not from worn rotors but the tubing and knuckles between the rotors. The A/A+ slide also has a crack down a seam, but this horn would mostly be used with the added F extension.

Priced well under market value as the owner of the horn wants a quick sale. Geyer double horns often sell for over $10,000.  The leaks in the valve section aren’t severe but a well-qualified repair tech should take a look at it.

Comes with a Marcus Bonna case.

No trials available for this rare & antique Geyer.
