This was the first Vienna horn that Dr. James Hampson ever owned! It’s an original Dehmal from the late 19th century. Dehmal was the best maker in Vienna after working at Uhlmann and starting his own shop.
This horn requires major restoration to be playable. At this point it’s best as a conversation piece and owning a rare antique Vienna horn. Doesn’t come with a crook. We measured this horn and a few others to build our Vienna horn.
